Career - It's your career not the other way about.

We tend to forget sometimes, but you worked hard for your career. Now you are sitting well not very satisfied, think I am at a dead end. However here is the hope. You built your career so why stop there? It maybe not the right time in life or actually its just self confidence but that is what career couch is here to help with. Getting you back on your feet.

I walked down a well known street in Glasgow last September in tears think what the F*** have I done? I gave up well a career that I thought I wasn't enjoying and in fact it was me I actually wasn't enjoying. I took time out to think what do I really want?

You see I have been in Health and Safety for well a good number of years now and to be honest it isn't everyone cup of tea, however I have enjoyed it. I enjoy mostly helping people and businesses thrive when it comes to safety.

Now I have landed a good role with a younger organisation, however actually its been great because it has allowed me to really experiment and get some of that fire back.

I also launched the Career Couch as a side hobby to which I have helped people who well have thought it's maybe time to leave and actually it wasn't, its just a point in life of feeling slightly stuck.

Career Couch is now my side hobby however I do have a bigger plan and it has been thanks to the that fire being lit again.

Last September I was in tears, wanting to actually end life. Now I feel like life is starting again to a degree.
